As a continuation from my previous Scandinavian fashion blog post, 5 Scandinavian fashion labels to follow , I’d love to share 5 more brands that ooze with style and design.
This Swedish brand is the prime example of understated cool. Very simplistic, clean cut design, throwing in a slice of fun pattern and print for good measure. The price point is great, it does range as coats do tend to be more expensive items anyway but generally the clothes are (I don’t want to say the word cheap) well priced, for example, you can buy a dress is £30.
Danish fashion label Just Female has a clean and minimalistic approach to their design, quite like many other scandinavian design principles. This company has a huge design team creating a vast collection that not only has this clean, minimalistic aesthetic but also a raw and edgy feel with a variety of textures and materials.
& Other Stories
Launching in 2013 (as part of the H&M group, as are many of these selected brands), & Other Stories is becoming an increasingly popular fashion label and rightfully so, the style of which is stunning. I own a & Other Stories dress and it’s such great quality, I’ll be a fan for a long time.
Describing in brief the website states; ‘Our creative ateliers in Paris and Stockholm design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality at an affordable price. ‘
Many of you may remember this brand famous for the super stretch super tight skinny jean (ones that I could NEVER fit in), now this Swedish label has expanded to a variety of jean styles, accessories, dresses and separates.
A jeans focused fashion destination with contemporary designs at great prices. I’ve only just discovered this label and I love it, they don’t only sell jeans you you can see how the other clothing items all can relate to and compliment jeans wear.
