Ceramics....design......ceramics.....design. Messy.... pretty. The beauty of a chair..... the beauty of a sink. My career and passions have combined into what I personally think is wonderful but it’s not quite clear to others what my end goal is. Realistically there’s no end goal, I am completely focused on working on what makes me happy creatively. This includes researching design, furniture, functionalist and modernist interiors, ceramics, sculpture, exploring form, taking beautiful photos of spaces and products. There’s a lot and it might not make sense to a lot of people but I’m enjoying these various worlds. I’m happy to see the beauty in both worlds of high end design and the simple every day life.

It’s been so long since I visited Hannah’s house ( @blacksmithceramics ), taking photos of her beautiful studio and generally having a good natter. To say I’ve had writers block for months now is an understatement, so the intended blog post is still a draft. For now please look at her work, honest, rustic, simply beautiful. She has been commissioned by a restaurant in Copenhagen @restaurant_ark and sells in the coolest boutiques including a beautiful round smoked vase at @yonobistudio .
